SAS/C (Lattice C)

SAS/C (formerly Lattice C) was the commercial standard C compiler for the Amiga. Developed by SAS Institute, it offered ANSI C conformity, excellent optimization, integrated debugger (CPR), profiler, and full Amiga OS integration. SAS/C 6.x was the last and best version. It was the preferred compiler for commercial Amiga software and game development. Most commercial Amiga programs were created with Lattice/SAS C.
